In this paper, we aim to provide clear guidance on how the DBNAlliance operates and the benefits it offers to all market participants. As the open exchange framework gains traction, the need for comprehensive resources to bridge the knowledge gap for stakeholders becomes increasingly important.

Our goal is for this paper to serve as such a resource, enhancing understanding of the new open exchange framework, aiding decision-making, and supporting businesses in transitioning to the evolving US e-invoicing ecosystem.
